How do I?

Register as a patient

You may register with the surgery if you live within a three miles radius of the surgery. To register please come to the surgery.  More information on what is needed can be found by CLICKING HERE

Make an appointment

All appointments need to be booked via our online system.  To register for this please call the surgery so we can email you with your login details.  Once you have this information please CLICK HERE and follow the instructions. If you require an urgent appointment the receptionist will arrange this for you however the appointment may not be with the Doctor; it may be booked with the nurse depending on the condition and the emergency of the situation.  If we are not able to accommodate, we may book you with outer available services 8 – 8

Repeat prescriptions

Please note that all prescriptions are sent via EPS (electronically to the nominated pharmacy).  If you wish to request your repeat from the surgery, please ensure that you hand over your repeat side (right hand side of the prescription) to the reception.

Alternatively, you can make this request at your pharmacy who will then bring your request to the surgery.

Please allow 48 hours in the weekdays only (not including the weekend).  Any acute items can be requested by the patient which may take 72 hours as this is at the Doctor’s discretion.   Your pharmacy may order your acute items on your behalf but it needs to be confirmed by the patient for it to be accepted.

Obtain results

Please telephone between 11am and 1pm.  Please allow 14 working days after your blood test and x-rays and scans.  If you are seeing the doctor for a follow up check with the receptionist that your results have arrived.

Smear test results will be sent via post. If you have not received the results within 3 months please contact the practice.
